International shipping service
PASAYA delivers our orders through DHL service worldwide. No matter where you are, our staffs and website can help calculate your shipment fee right to your doorstep. The package must be signed upon delivery.
International orders are shipped from our Thailand fulfilment center, you may have additional import fees upon delivery.
Duties and taxes are calculated and charged by customs officials in your country. As such, they are beyond our control. As the importer of goods, you are responsible for duties, taxes, and any other charges that your country chooses to impose for the import.
- shipping rates are based on package weight and distance.
Domestic shipping fee.
- For orders below 500 Thai baht, there will be a small delivery fee of 50 THB. For orders of 500 Thai baht or more, shipping is free.
- Orders paid before 15:00 will be delivered within the next 2-3 working days. Thailand Post delivers from Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 and 16:00 (delivery service is not available on public holidays).
*Delivery time depends on your location. In case of large items or during special promotion period, delivery time may be longer than usual. We apologize for the inconvenience.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Bank Transfers.
What is our Return Policy?
In the event of Manufacturer Defect:
A replacement or full refund is to be issued.
Customer will have to inform Latest Bedding team within 7 days after receipt of package in order to get a replacement or gain full refund.
Customers will have to provide pictures of defective area and full length of product.
All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
For other Return Reasons:
- shipping errors we may require the customer to send a picture showing the defect or incorrectly received item.
- If the reason for the return is that the customer is just not happy with the color or quality, we will accept the return, but we do not provide a prepaid return shipping label. In these cases the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Items’ Condition: Items must be in original condition, unwashed, not-used, and must be in original packaging and in sell-able condition
Any request outside the allowed time period will not be accepted by the system. Items bought during clearance and final sale are not eligible for return. Additionally, items missing from the original package will not be accepted for return and refund. Such incomplete returns will be sent back to the customer's address after verification.
Furthermore, items exchanged for other items from our store cannot be returned unless defective or received in the wrong order category
How do I return?
1. Report product issues with attached product images and order number via email to email@example.com, or through LINE at @pasaya_official, or call 096-404-6400.
2. The company seeks permission to take time for consideration of exchanges/returns and will contact you back within 2-3 business days.
3. Please wait for a contact back from our staff to confirm acceptance of your request for an exchange/return before proceeding with the return shipment
4. Send the product along with the completed Exchange/Return Request form, providing all necessary details.
