Delivery & Payment

- PASAYA delivers our orders through DHL service worldwide. No matter where you are, our staffs and website can help calculate your shipment fee right to your doorstep. The package must be signed upon delivery.

- For orders in Thailand under 500 THB, there will be a small delivery fee of 50 THB.

- Orders that are paid before 15:00 will be delivered within the next 2-3 working days. Thailand Post delivers on Monday-Saturday, 9:00-16:00 (delivery service not available on public holidays)

Delivery time depends on your location. In case of large items or during special promotion period, delivery time may be longer than usual. We apologize for the inconvenience.

- You will receive a confirmation e-mail for your order and updates on order status and tracking number.

- Online Banking Payment

1. For paying by credit/debit card: Please follow these 2 steps below.

- Once you click submit, you will be transferred to online payment page. Your credit card must be verified by Visa VbV or MasterCard Secure Code. You can apply for the service with your bank.

- You will receive an OTP (One Time Password) by your registered phone number for each transaction. Please apply for the online payment service with your back to ensure your security. Once the order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email.

2. For paying with Paypal: If you choose to pay with Paypal, you will be redirected to Paypal payment page. You can choose you language and your preferred payment method. Once completed, you will be linked back to our order confirmation page and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to your inbox.
