Every 10 member points can be turned into 1 THB cash discount or you can redeem rewards as followed:

Using points to redeem cash discounts or gifts.
a. Every 10 member points is equal to 1 THB cash discount. Points can be used to redeem rewards as stated in the table above only. The minimum cash discount eligible to be redeemed is 1,000 THB.
b. Rewards can be redeemed at PASAYA FLAGSHIP STORE, FACTORY OUTLET, or online at www. pasaya.com
c. Points that has been used cannot be restored under any conditions.
d. Rewards are available with point redemption while supplies last and substitutions by Pasaya may occur.
e. Rewards can not be exchanged or refunded after it is delivered.
f. Redeemed points will be deducted from total member points.
g. Privileges and conditions are subjected to change without prior notifications.
h. In a case of conflict, the company’s verdict will be the conclusion.

Accumulated points expire 2 calendar years and will be deducted from total points on 31st December of every year.

Any mistakes in point calculation will be resolved within 1 week and the member will be notified once completed.

Points are nontransferable, have no cash value, may not be purchased, and are not redeemable for cash under any circumstances.

Pasaya may alter, limit, or modify the Program rules, regulations, benefits, eligibility for Membership, or any other promotions any time at its sole discretion.

Any conflict will be rationally resolved by sales associate at the redemption point.
